Dear Spa Party Hostess, We are so excited that you inquired about our amazing spa parties. We have put together a list of items that will allow the reservation and coordination of the spa party to run smoothly. Please take a moment to read over the information and if you have any questions contact us for additional help.
When making a reservation for a spa party we will coordinate all details of the spa party with the Spa hostess. Designate one person to be the Spa hostess of your party.
All communication for the spa party will be done through email between the spa party hostess and a spa coordinator.
The spa party hostess will receive information on the Spa party package options available for the party guest to choose from.
Once all guests have selected the spa party package they would like to reserve, the Spa Hostess will send an email to the spa coordinator that includes the following:
Number of guest in the party
First and Last names of guest attending
Spa party package each guest has chosen
The requested Date and Time for the party and an alternative date and time if the original requested date is not available
We ask that spa party reservations be made at least 2wks in advance Spa party times may vary depending on services chosen and technician availability. Requested times may have to be moved up or down
There is a nonrefundable $25 spa party reservation fee for each party guest. To finalize the reservation of the spa party, the reservation fee must be paid at the time of scheduling the spa party packages
The spa party hostess will collect all guests' reservation fees and contact the spa coordinator to make payment
Spa robe and slippers, lunch and tea therapy is included in all reservations

We invite you to host your party at our spa. Enjoy a day of pampering services and relaxation in our lounge area, complete with refreshments. Whether you are looking to celebrate a special occasion or just relax with friends, we are ready to accommodate your group. As we do have a high volume of appointments, it is encouraged that you book your party at least one month ahead of time.

Spa Party Policies
You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages to your Spa Party. The spa party guests are responsible for serving and setting up refreshments, no kitchen services are available. All food must be prepared in advance.
Only mildly scented refreshments are permitted in the spa in order to maintain Perennial Glow Spa's serene and relaxing environment for all clients.
Booking Your Spa Party
Although no advance deposit is required, we will need a credit card number to guarantee your spa party booking. We would be pleased to accept either MasterCard or Visa. We will be calling you to confirm your spa party and will get your credit card information over the phone at this time.
If you wish to change, reschedule or cancel your spa party or any of the services requested as part of the party, we require 48 hours' notice. A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for all services changed or canceled with less than 48 hours' notice. Confirmation of an appointment is an acknowledgment of this cancellation policy. Please make sure that all spa party guests are aware of this policy.
Spa Party Arrivals
All spa party participants must arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment(s) in order to complete a client consultation form and prepare for their services. To enable us to provide quality service to all clients, spa treatments must be started and completed on time.
It is recommended a gratuity of 15% – 20% be added to the total amount of your Spa party bill. Please consider this gratuity percentage when deciding on the final totals of your spa party treatments.
